4.2 Compliance: All Members agree to comply with the HOA governing documents. Failure to comply may result in action by the HOA Board, including but not limited to fines, suspension of privileges, or legal proceedings.
4.3 Amendments: The HOA Board reserves the right to amend the Rules & Regulations from time to time. Members will be notified of any changes through the Website, email, or other official communication methods.
5.1 Ownership: The Website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the Club and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
5.2 Limited License: The Club grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
5.3 Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our Website, except as permitted by law or with prior written consent of the Club.
